FunFit

Funfit Liikuntakeskus is a gym in the heart of Kouvola, Finland. The gym was opened in 2003 by Niina Mäki, and since then has been making the lives of thousands of people healthier through various types of services, including personal training. In 2017, they moved to a smaller place, which led to a new strategy to be developed and implanted, since of course customers weren’t happy–but in order to keep the business in the center of the city, that was the decision made by the direction. The challenge that surfaced was to manage the brand, retain the biggest amount of customers as possible and gain new ones through different activities and events, as well as give it a new visual identity to refreshen the brand.
